The First meeting for the Council of Graduate Students is February 6th, 5:00-6:00 p.m in room 121, Civil Engineering Building. help by the Office of Graduate Studies.

This fellowship supports graduate students planning full-time study for a Ph.D. in areas of interest to stewardship science areas such as

  • High-energy density physics
  • Low-energy nuclear science or
  • Properties of materials under extreme conditions
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens.

Benefits of the NNSA SSGF Fellowship:

  • Yearly stipend of $32,400
  • Payment of all tuition and required fees for up to 4 years of study at any U.S. university
  • $1000 yearly academic allowance for professional development

Students should apply online at https://www.krellinst.org/ssgf/application. The application and supporting materials must be received by January 9, 2008.
